- Partners
signature must be on solemn affirmation before a magistrate or such
other office empowered to administer oaths.
- If any
document required to be submitted to the Registrar is not in Marathi
language, then a Marathi translation thereof duly certified is ti
be furnished.
- For
true extract of the recording of registration or the change in constitution,
a stamp paper of Rs. 10 shall be enclosed with the respective application
and same shall be purchased in the name of firm, partner or applicant.
- Public
notice is to be given by publication in the Official Gazette and atleast
in two local vernacular newspaper.
- Information
in forms 'A' to 'F' should be given upto the date of filing of respective
application.
- There
is no power of condonation or penalty or appeal to any higher authority
other than u/s.58(4).
- If documents
submitted are clear in all respect the same day Certificate can be
issued by the dept
